The first article I read was the one on CVs for applying to jobs abroad. The article speaks of different preferences in different regions. Most foreign countries prefer a very simple and straight forward Curriculum Vitae. One thing I really like was where it said refer to team accomplishments as if you were part of a team instead of boasting only about what you did by yourself.
I also looked at the article called "Six Tips for Writing A Winning Cover Letter." I liked the idea of addressing the letter to a specific person. This seemed like a good idea that will help someone remember you. It is a good use of ethos.
